There is no cost to enter any contest, and no purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or to win. Every contest can be entered and competed in on the free plan. Purchasing a paid plan does not improve your chances of winning.
Contests are opt-in only. Join from the Contests page during the contest window. Entry requires an active ClozeLoop Practice account and acceptance of these rules. You may withdraw by contacting info@clozeloop.com.
Open to individuals 18 or older where such contests are lawful. ClozeLoop employees may participate on leaderboards but are not eligible for prizes. Void where prohibited by law.
Each contest names its ranking metric (for example highest score or role plays completed) and its start and end dates. Standings are computed from ClozeLoop Practice activity records during the contest window. ClozeLoop's records and its determination of standings, ties, and winners are final and made at ClozeLoop's sole discretion.
Prizes are as described for each contest. Prizes are awarded at ClozeLoop's sole discretion, are not transferable, and may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value. No cash redemption unless stated. Winners are responsible for any taxes. Winners will be contacted at their account email; a prize unclaimed 30 days after notice may be forfeited.
By entering, you agree that your display name and contest standings may appear on a leaderboard that is publicly visible, including to people outside the contest. You choose your display name; your practice session content is never shown.
ClozeLoop may disqualify any entry involving cheating, manipulation of scoring, automated activity, multiple accounts, or violations of the Terms of Service. ClozeLoop may modify, suspend, or cancel a contest if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity.
